Looking for a procedure that will allow rollback from EPO 5.10 to 5.9, any assistance will be greatly appreciated.
Thank you in advance for any assistance!

A rollback for a major version upgrade of ePO is essentially a disaster recovery. You can use the snapshot recovery method or the manual disaster recovery documented in KB66616.
yes it is the same, please see full recommendations on how to upgrade your ePO 5.3.2 to 5.10:
This doesn't exist and the only way to roll back an ePO upgrade is done by the MSI installer in case of a fatal failure during the upgrade, what will you like to achieve with this?

We deploy the EPO with our systems that require release updates as they become available, typically we always include a rollback to previous version release for our other products.
You mentioned a roll back via the MSI installer, is there any documentation available for this procedure?

If the situation was upgrading ePO 5.9 to 5.10 and there was a need to go back (lets say 5.10 failed to install correctly) to ePO 5.9 would that mean reinstalling the 5.9 and using the snapshot to restore?
In case of an upgrade failure the MSI installer will attempt to rollback the changes and restore your ePO from 5.10 to 5.9 but if that fails for some reason then you need to follow the procedure to manually restore the ePO from a backup either doing it manually (KB66616) or with the snapshot feature
Good day aguevara
I have since learned that the current version of ePO installed is 5.3.2, so does it hold true that if 5.10 fails MSI will still attempt to restore the 5.3.2 version?
