EPO can't download Software Catalog unexpected 403

Hello Guys, 

my EPO Installation can't Download die Software Catalog. 

I have tried many Workarounds, but i t doesnt work. 

Can you please help me? 

The error ist  unexpected HTTP403

Can you get to https://epo.mcafee.com/productcompatibilitylist.xml in the browser?

Do you have a proxy in your environment?  If you can get to it in the browser, check your proxy settings in the browser.  If it only shows automatically detect enabled, see if anything is listed here from this command:

netsh winhttp show proxy

Hello together, 

this was an Proxy Issue in our Network.
