Re: EPO communicating with CLients via VPN

Are you sure the agent is communicating ok?  Is there possibly a duplicate entry in the console for it?  Have you gone through KB52949 to ensure clients can connect successfully due to vpn causing duplicate mac issue?

Re: EPO communicating with CLients via VPN

If you are running ePO 5.10, you don't need to go directly to the database.  That table is in the epo database, which would require access to sql.  In 5.10, just go to server settings, and scroll to the bottom of the list for where you can add it through epo instead of sql.

Re: EPO communicating with CLients via VPN

You can call in, but you can also just follow the instructions in the KB for running the script in sql.  You would need to identify the mac address that is duplicate.

Re: EPO communicating with CLients via VPN

Yes, it should.  You would use the first 6 octets of the mac address.
