I cannot open the EPO console anymore. I have tried from the server and from workstations. The browser just times out. The McAfee services are running. We have MDE deployed and I don't want to loose the workstations. It worked last week and I am not aware of any changes made but most of the team is out for the holidays.
Thanks for any help,
Ken

I was able to get things working again after I changed the logon for the services to a svc account.
That may not be a permanent or optimal solution, as we don't recommend changing the service credentials. We typically run under local system. I would be curious as to what caused the failure in the first place. You might find some things may not function properly that way, so if you see anything failing, revert back to local system and see if things work ok. If not, I would suggest opening a ticket with McAfee to find out what is going on.

Hello @Ken_Floyd
Thanks for your post.
I would suggest you to please refer the Orion.log which would be available at the below location and try to see whether you are seeing any error:
C:\Program Files (x86)\McAfee\ePolicy Orchestrator\Server\Logs
Also please check whether the Orion log is in debug mode or not.
If yes please disable the debug mode.

Hi,
I am looking at my Orion log in the path you specified. How do you tell if it's in "debug" mode.
Thank you very much.
You would see the word debug frequently in the log. KB52369 tells how to enable/disable that.

Hello @Ken_Floyd,
Good morning,
Please make sure that we add ePO URL to IE trusted sites. Also is the behavior same with other browsers like Chrome ?

Were you able to determine the problem by the logs?
