Endpoint updates not available in epo

Jump to solution

I cant see the updates for 10.7

Last versions I can see are:

firewall 10.7.1306

threat 1564

web 1306

platform 1481

Any idea why they are not being listed with the lastest?

That is because they are full installs and not patches.  Set up a deployment task instead.

Could you be more precise with issue description? You cannot see those updates in software center or you updated your endpoints and agents do not report product version properly? Which epo version do you use? In version 5.10 update 5 there was an Known Issue related to this problem. Product versions were not reported to epo server so your queries and dashboards could show old version of the product although newest version was installed.  It is fixed in version 5.10 update 6

Let me know,

Lukas

Can you post a screenshot for what is not showing for comparison?  If you refresh software manager, does it change anything?

Hi

Nothing changes when I refresh.

Shouldn't the newest version of 10.7 be listed? the May update I believe?

My 5.10 shows the same files as your screenshot for 5.9.1.  If you download the release notes for the May hotfix, it gives you version numbers.  If you expand the ens bundle + atp, the version numbers match the May hotfix versions, so the bundle posted is the latest May hotfix version.

Can you download the bundle manually?  If not, see if you can download it from the main download page.

Once you download the bundle, just go to master repository, check in package, and check in the bundle manually.
