Epo 2.5

Hello,

From not long ago I am unable to update neither EPO nor anti-virus on new machines which need to be distributed in the company. I am not sure but I have always installed McAfee 8.0 first and then the EPO. I have several files same on the network for the EPO: poaginst.exe, epoagent.bat, framepkg.exe and reg.exe. When I run the poaginst.exe, it shows that it is installing the EPO agent. I restart the computer and when I got back into McAfee Console the EPO does not show up. When I try to update McAfee it does not let me: "Update Failed"

I have figured out a way to update the anti-virus but am still having problems updating the EPO. Any suggestions?
