Epo Agent can be install on some client machine.

Below is the erro i get when ever i want to install it.
"There was an unexpected error during setup execution. See this log file for details:
C:\Document-1\ADMINI-1\LOCALS-1\Temp\NAILogs\Frminst_"Name of Computer.log"

But now most of the user that are lost on the EPO Server are reporting spam, is it possible to install the agent form the server to the users computer?
If yes, pls give me details info on how to go about doing it.

Can anyone help me sovle this problem?
