Event Parser not running after update

I have updated the EPO console 5.10  with update 15. Everything was working fine.

Now I have a problem. The Event Parser service does not start. Server and apache are running.

The sql server 2019 is on another server. Ports are static. The connection test (server/core/config) is successful.

I ran the .msi "ole db driver" in SQL. But it was not installed, because it has a newer version

Try running this on the epo server to ensure it got installed properly - ePO_5.10.0_Update_15\resources\app\MSOLEDB

What update did you update from?  CU 14 removed some insecure ciphers, so it has a stricter tls requirement.  Try running IISCrypto on both epo and sql servers, choose best practices and reboot.
