'Extensions' missing

Jump to solution

The 'Extension' link (where you install product extensions at) that is normally in the Software menu has gone missing from one of our ePO servers; does anyone know why or how we can get it back without having to rebuild our ePO server (on prem, 5.10)?

Just to update and closeout in case anyone else runs into this issue:

After our ESS DevSecOps Admins logged on and "Extensions" was present on their profile, we discovered that somehow the permission's groups we had set up for ESS sustainment admins had reverted back to older, more restrictive group permissions.

Thankfully, no ePO server rebuild or trouble ticket required!

Please open a ticket, but before doing so, ensure you are logged in as global administrator to epo console.

This is an on prem ePO with no outbound connections.

That is ok, support can walk you through certain logs.  In the extensions menu in epo, are all of them showing running?  When did this start and what changed?
