Getting data sourced from past date

Hi! Today is June 30, 2020 and I want to extract the data of Agents' last communication sourced from the past date, say June 29, 2020 at 6:00 PM. I have tried the filter on queries and report and I set the "Last communication" filter to "earlier than June 29, 2020 6:01 PM" but all i'm getting are the agents last communication that is updated to June 30. 2020, thus I am getting low and inaccurate numbers. I need to extract data sourced by June 29, 2020 at 6:00 PM to see the count of Agent communications by that point in time. Thanks!

Re: Getting data sourced from past date

The best I would suggest to use 'Inactive agent' (default query available). By default, the filter would be last 30 days. We can duplicate the query and customize the filter for last one day/week/month etc.

Re: Getting data sourced from past date

That type of historical data is not available, as the last communication is a dynamic field, updated on each asci.  Historical info is not kept for that.
