How to add Grant Number to existing MVISION Account

Hi all, recently we purchased a new MVISION from 3rd party Reseller. We receive the Grant Letter from the reseller and has the grant number on it. However, when we login to https://mvision.mcafee.com/ , we're unable to find the grant number listed under "My Subscriptions". Is there any possible way to add this in?

You will need to call into customer service and have them merge your grant numbers.

Hi, sorry for the late reply. The grant number seems to link to my colleagues' account. The issue is solved now. Thanks.
