Hello ,
The configuration completely depends on the McAfee Point product that you are using .
For MACC [Solidcore] , you will have to install the solidcore client in the system . upon solidification , any unauthorized execution will be blocked .
For Endpoint security/VSE , the ENS/VSE client shall be installed on the system and then using the Access protection Rule you can block an application : Refer KB81095.
