Re: How to find if the clients get updated latest definition via ePO orchestrator

I see now, you are on epo cloud.  The contents of extensions and products checked in are managed by the cloud team.  If you run the reports that are available for dat/amcore content version, does it show what you want?

Re: How to find if the clients get updated latest definition via ePO orchestrator

Hi @cdinet ,

Thank you for your reply.

I've escalated this to another person in my company who will recheck all information of our McAfee (e.g. purchasing, license...). I'll update to you about this case if he assigns back to me.

Thanks again for your hard supporting.

Thanks @DEViANCE so much as well.

Have a great day.

This is a screenshot from my mvision server, so the query should be there.  If not, perhaps you aren't logged in as an administrator and are lacking some permissions?

Re: How to find if the clients get updated latest definition via ePO orchestrator

@cdinet , thanks for quick reply

I’ve googled it as well as followed your instruction to check the extensions, but it seems very weird and strange on my site. There’s no Extension link as you stated under Software in ePO Menu.

(I tried to reply this message with a screenshot attached to see my ePO menu that doesn't have anything relating to extensions. But when I clicked Post, the message disappeared).

Thanks again.

Re: How to find if the clients get updated latest definition via ePO orchestrator

Oh, so mine looks different, there's no Extensions link under Software. So weird. 😞. I think I will try to google it to know why my ePO doesn't show enough functions...like yours

Now is midnight in my place, just leave the messages here if you guys have any ideas for my issue, I'll give it a go early morning then update to you guys.

Thank you very much

Re: How to find if the clients get updated latest definition via ePO orchestrator

Sorry, that screenshot was from 5.10 server.  Here is 5.9.1.  If you do not see that, then something is very wrong and I would suggest opening a ticket with McAfee.

thanks @cdinet for your advice, I'm going to create a ticket with McAfee.

Will update the status to you all.
