I have error when install extension on epo

When I tried to install extension (EEADMIN), i got a problem:

Unable to install extension. java.lang.IllegalStateExcetion. A web app is already deployed at context /EEADMIN_1000".

Please help.

Complete Orion log will help.

Snippet looks like you attempted to install extension file. It failed and left entries in the ePO server " web app is already deployed at context /EEADMIN_1000".

I suggest to look for partial entry present on the machine of EEAdmin extension (https://kc.mcafee.com/corporate/index?page=content&id=KB81737), clean the entries then attempt to install Extension.
