I really need more help learning how this software works.

I have read and done many different things on the EPO but its still not right. Support solves one issue and wants another ticket. The real issue is that Im new and I dont really know how this works. Ive learned a great deal about it but I started with a broken system. Is there a webinar type online class that I can use as reference to go through the software and get bits of information about the different parts of it. Thanks Ross
