The RCS (also called the SCS server) is only used for the provisioning process.
Is communication with an RCS needed for future AMT unconfiguring or is unconfiguring handled solely by the ePO server?
Unprovisioning is done primarily on the client side. EPO sends the command. The RCS server is not required for this.
This is good to know. Since we always do phased deployments in the system tree anyway, we would just have to keep a close eye on ePO performance during and after the provisioning process. Thanks! Looking forward to implement and use Deep Command.
