Issue creating a system tree

Hi Guys, Very new to this product I am trying to create a new system. When I do I select 'Add systems to the current group (My Organisation) but do not push. When U select 'Browse' it asks for my domain credentials, After putting my credentials in, after a while it comes back with 'Failed to enumerate domains, authentication required' I have applied KB70414 but it still does not see my domain. Any help would be great

Re: Issue creating a system tree

Hello @User39866432

Thanks for your post.

This looks like you are trying to use the NT Domain synchronization type. If this is the case, this is very old technology and I would suggest not to use this.

Try checking the below KB article once:

https://kc.mcafee.com/corporate/index?page=content&id=KB89473

Please check whether computer browser service is running on the ePO server or not?

Do check if the DC computer browser service running ?

Please check the logs at ePO end.

I would suggest you to please refer the below Link for Active Directory Synchronization:

https://docs.mcafee.com/bundle/epolicy-orchestrator-5.10.0-product-guide/page/GUID-4799D38D-65F1-431...

System Tree>Group Details Tab>Edit>Active Directory and provide the information.

Edit Details System Tree.PNGSettings.PNG

Also first please go to the registered server and configure the LDAP and then Active Directory.

You can also import them in text and deploy the agents.

Re: Issue creating a system tree

Hello @User39866432 ,

Make sure that we have 'computer browser service running' and we have option 'enable netbios over TCP/IP' box is checked in NIC property.

Also are you able to add it manually under Target systems?
