MER Tool does not sanitize correctly

Hi, 

We have issues with ePO Update 14 and have been asked to raise a ticket... I know we will be asked to send a MER so I have just run the latest version of the tool with the sanitize option. I can see its removed IPs and the ePO server hostname but I can still see our FQDN and other hostnames in the log files... We cannot export any system specific data from our environment  so I am stuck.   

Is this a known issue with the MER tool?

Hi, 

I don't have access to this MER currently but I found hostnames and the FQDN in multiple files including the server_servname.log which also had connecting agent hostnames in it. 

 

I did see IP addresses had be replaced so the sanitize switch was definitely used. I am sure I have used past versions of this tool which did sanitize correctly.
