McAfee Agent Communication Failure

Installed agent on Windows 10 machine. When i checked the logs, i found the below error.Can you check and let me know. We dont use agent handler.

Do you have crowdstrike installed? Found this KB article that has this exact error listed with the agent.

If you do a collect and send props, what error is shown in the masvc log for communication attempt?
