My customer ask, it is possible, if end user made some changes on polices, and when sync back with agent, the polices will not overwrite the old policies ?

Thanks for your post.
If the machines are managed through ePO in that case this is not possible.
This is possible if the machines are having standalone installation.
Bt default every 60 minutes ASCI will TRIBER and all the manually made changes in the client machines get reverted back as configured in ePO.

To add to this, though, it is possible to configure the policies for a given product to not enforce. If a product's policy is not set to enforce then local changes will not be overriden.

There is no mechanism for that.
