hi
I have just moved to Mvision epo and I'm confused about how you can add new software in the main repository or change the branches.
On the old epo (5.9.0) you could do this by "software manager" i don't see this on the Mvision epo
All I can see is the "current" branch
The Main Repository in Mvision ePO is managed by us directly, there are no branches and there is no option to check in a package as only the products below are supported:
https://kc.mcafee.com/corporate/index?page=content&id=KB90875
You could submit a product idea if other products are required

thank you for the update.
How does that work with the version updates for ENS? if I deploy ENS to a computer is the version auto-updated? or do I need to still redeploy the new version as and when they are released
Systems should automatically get updated, but you can look at the product deployment page to see if the tasks are set to automatically update or not.

The product deployment page will show you when creating a new deployment task:
for an already created URL then you can check it on the system tree directly:

thanks.
When testing a few systems i found that they would update the agent but nothing else for a seemingly random about of time. Is this normal? how long should I be waiting before looking at why it hasn't updated
If ENS is updating and the computer is turned off will it continue later?
It really depends how the task is created, it must have ENS so that it can be upgraded and the type of schedule (as it will be executed when the schedule is done)

Another question i have, how do I exclude OU's from deployment? your change the deployment rules base on OU?
my current deployment is set at OU level "1" how do I override this for OU level "2" and "3" as per image
Uncheck everything set for deployment at the my org level, then at the desired levels you can set the deployment options.
