Hi,
Considering the below products, first i would recommend you to test the below products on few ssytems before you move on Mass deployment. There are few products required reboot most probably i think ENS (please refer installation guide).
There is a conflict between ENS/MAR. Where in MAR 2.4.1 is not supported ENS 10.7. In such case you have to upgrade MAR server/client first then followed by ENS.

In regards to VSE, yes the existing version/Latest one is still supported to MAR 2.4.1

So the conclusion is, start by Agent, DXL/ MAR/ VSE /ENS.
