New ePO/VSE8.7i install

Hi Folks,

I hope someone can give me a few little pointers....

Currently I have about 2500 Windows XP clients running CA antivirus and we are about to move to VSE8.7i, the clients are not currently joined to an AD domain!

Using a script I plan to remove CA using an automated script, then install a custom VSE8.7i package and McAfee Agent 4. In my test environment I have managed to get the clients to pull updates from the share on the ePO server, but they do not self register in the console?

Is it possible to do this without having the clients joined to an the AD domain?

just push the McAfee agent to none AD domain usning administrator locally
