Not able to save the ENS firewall policy in EPO

Jump to solution

Hi,

When I edited one of the firewall policy in ENS,I changes some IP ranges and when I tried to click on save to update the policy it keeping on loading and not saving even if you wait for half an hour.

I tried to restart the services of EPO but still getting the same result.I checked with different browser but no luck.I tried to take access of EPO server locally from the server but still no luck

Can anyone tell me what could be the issue and is there any way to solve this so that I can update the policy

Check to see if KB90983 applies even if you aren't getting a popup.  Otherwise, check to see if you are getting deadlocks.  You can check that on the sql server or the Orion log also might show any issues.
