PRocess to recover Admin password for EPO 4.6

Found an old EPO 4.6 console in the environment.  Trying to login with old EPO SME's credentials and nothing is working.  Does anyone have procedures to recover an admin access for EPO 4.x?  All I'm finding is instructions for 5.1 and later.
