I was checking some dashboards and found that the server task "Performance Optimizer: Analyze CPU and memory usage on the application and database servers" is not running even though it is scheduled for every day. Because of this the dashboard "Performance Optimizer: Disk Usage" does not display any data. This was working before and suddenly it happened. Please help me if anyone know the solution.

A restart may be only a temporary fix. It can clear up deadlocks or restart a task that was hung possibly, so monitor it to see if issue returns or not. If the dbcleanup task isn't running properly, issue most likely will return.

Also, is that the only server task not running? Run through KB84114 to see if the dbcleanup task is present and running properly. When did it stop working and anything change at all? What version of epo and patch/update level?

@cdinet The last task which successfully ran was on May 23, After that, there is no error but the task did not start automatically. After 4 or 5 days, I see the task is not running so I ran manually but the manual run does not start and remains there without any updates. I do not see any errors there.
Did you check kb84114 to make sure the internal dbcleanup task is running properly? What version of epo and update or patch level? What build of performance optimizer are you running (extension version)?

Good Morning,
Everything seems fine, I restarted the ePO server and it is good. It is interesting and funny at the same time that the restart solves many issues. Thank you! @cdinet !
