Please direct me to instructions on finding versions of currently running products.

I need a little ePO 101 on how to determine the level of application I’m currently running. My current need for this is to determine what level of TIE “Threat Intelligence Exchange” I’m currently running. I open the Software Catalog and find no entry for TIE under Products, so I enter “threat” in the Software Catalog filter box and begin clicking Category values under Products. When I click “Endpoint Security” under Products, “Trellix Threat intelligence Exchange 4.0” appears in the “Software Catalog” pane, but with “Not checked in” in the “Status” column. If I expand the entry I find other entries, but all display “Check In” or “Download” in the Actions colun. None indicate being the value of the version currently running. Please direct me on where to find that.

Re: Please direct me to instructions on finding versions of currently running products.

TIE runs on a separate server, running MLOS (McAfee Linux OS).

If you've got one of these servers configured and running you should be able to see it in the system tree and view the product information there.

There are also default queries in epo for determining what software versions are installed.  You can add columns for the TIE product version.
