Port Requirements to access Repository

Hello All,

Just trying to confirm what port is leveraged to allow remote devices to receive software updates.  I provide access via an F5 appliance for clients to sync remotely which is only port 443, if I apply a task to update is it only port 8081 that it leverages to deploy the update package?

Thanks,

     Evan

Re: Port Requirements to access Repository

Port requirements also depend on the type repository you have.  ePO and agent handlers use port 443 as repository port, but superagents use 8081.  Other type repositories may have other port requirements.  Examples would be if you have set up an http or ftp repository, you would need then either 80 or 21 respectively.
