This KB Article I am aware of.

I need installation guide but the KB article which you gave didn't tell anything about installation. Its giving general information.

That Also I had...

I would like to know do I need to install Python on my system ?If yes how can we do that?

It should need to be install on EPO server or other system?

You would need to read python documentation for installation requirements.  I don't believe it is required to be installed on the server itself.  If you read the web api guide it has some pointers for versions required and that the mcafee.py file needs to be in same folder as your scripts.
