Server task / Automated response - error No register executeables have been added.

HI all

I have a pretty basic issue. I want Mcafee to pick up on any rogue systems hitting the EPO > System tree.

So i thought would create a server task to deploy the Mcafee Agent and various MCafee applications we use. However when I try to, i always stuck. So let me break down where this happens.

This is the process I follow.

Step 1. new task

Step 2: Name Task

Step 3: Push Next

Step 4: select the query i made to check for Rogue devices.

Step 5: You can see the query selected, and now i click on Sub-actions.

Step 6: Select Run External Command

Step 7: ???

As you can see below, i get stuck with No register executeables have been added.

What is a registered exectuable?
How do i add them?
Why don't I have any?

Been pulling my hair out trying to figure this one out. Any help would be awesome.

As I understand, you would agent / av deployed to rouge systems detected on your environment?

If so, choose export to file and save it to a location.

create another new server task which reads the systems from the exported file and deploy antivirus task (Virusscan or ENS).

Re: Server task / Automated response - error No register executeables have been added.

How is your query defined exactly?  Sub actions available depend on the query type.  In your case, it would have to be a table.  However, are you using Rogue system detection?  If so, that has the ability to deploy an agent to rogue systems without having to set up a server task.  You would set up an automatic response for that.  If you aren't using RSD, how are you determining they are rogue?
