Software License Information not populating 5.9.1

Hello All,

We have been asked to provide Software License information by Product count. Unfortunately, The information is not populating in ePO 5.9.1. According to Support, it is a known issue and their is no fix for it.

Anyone knows the query  to run against the database to get this basic information?

Not sure I understand the ask here.

What detail is actually being asked for and by who please?
(To my memory only your company, or McAfee would ask for product count with an eye on licence/node count)

AS to the 'known issue' reference, were you ever given a KB or some other reference (number etc) defining the 'issue' you are said to have please?

Issue - No data is displayed on the ePolicy Orchestrator Licensing page.

The work around to get the report is to install reporting extension and import "Installed Products by OS type" xml file. All can be downloaded from Support.

Here is a link for the reports.  You can click on the epo versions 5.x link and it will have a reports extension as well as a query to import.
