Support Center Version 5.10.0.434 health check failures

Jump to solution

Support Center Version 5.10.0.434 health check failures.

I am getting the following error:

ePO Server Machine CPU Memory Check failed. Skipping other health checks in the Default Health Checks group.

No idea what is going on or why this is occurring. My ePO server runs alone on a virtual Windows Server 2012r2. I looked through the community and found solutions for older versions of Support Center but not this version.

I would suggest opening a ticket with McAfee then so we can check into it.

That checks the following:

Verifies the CPU load of the ePO server system.

Evaluation parameters :
Pass - CPU load is less than 70%
Warning - CPU load is more than 70%
Fail - CPU load is more than 90%

So you might want to see what is running cpu up high - what specific process or processes and when.

I looked at my cpu usage during the time frame of the health checks. There doesn't appear to be any max cpu usage during health checks. That is what has me confused.
