What specifically is it showing having problems? If memory or cpu, have you checked the system affected if it is a true state when the issue is present?

Specifically the Support Center is showing
1. ePO Server Machine CPU Memory Check failed. Skipping other health checks in the Default Health Checks group and
2. ePO Server Machine CPU Memory Check failed. Skipping other health checks in the Default Health Checks group under the Health Check Details
The only check that ran successfully is the Database Connection Check. No other checks are running. This is happening on two different ePO servers, so there must be an issue was the Support Center extension.
There are no known issues with this version, but this type of issue has been known in the pass - KB91678.
I will post a new thread for assistance. In the mean time I will try to manually run the check and uninstall/reinstall the Support Center extension.
If it still fails, I would suggest opening a ticket with McAfee so we can investigate logs.

Uninstalling & reinstalling he Support Center extension didn't seem to help.
And nothing is happening when I try a manual health check.
Will open a ticket with McAfee. Thanks.
