Support portal issue

Trying to log a call in the support portal and immediately getting  a timed out error- constantly, or page has expired -Came up with an oracle error  as well.

Tried several browsers, different computers etc and still comes up. Anyone else got this issue at all as well?

Trying to log a call for a failed update 15 install in which the event parser service wont start after rollback

Me too. I had a horrible experience using this support portal. extremely slow whenever a link is clicked, a page error occurs, etc.

 

Please improve!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I can get to it ok, so try clearing browser cache, close browser and try again to see if you get same error.

done, same issue, done on two machines  (one at home, one in work (remoted))- -oracle access manager issues - couldn't login here either for a couple of minutes. There's definitely an issue

Same here, tried clearing cache and using different browsers (Chrome, Firefox and Edge) really frustrating as I have 2 ongoing support calls and it keeps crashing as I try to upload the requested logs.
