Hello, i am using epo 5.10 server in a closed network , i have this problem that in the system tree --> my organization --> there i have created 3 subgroups. In the group details--> Synchronization type: there i have made everything correctly and when i press edit and Synchronize Now it doesnt happen. In Server task log these Synchronizations stuck in waiting status . When i restart the server the Sync happens but after 1 hour approximately it just stop to sync and deploy anything to all PCs that exists inside these subgroups. Also the Registered LDAP server is ok and the test connection succeeds Can you help me with that? Thank you ?

If the task is in a waiting status, have you installed any updates on your epo server yet? If not, please do so. There was a critical internal task missing in the GA version of epo that the update would fix.

Have you setup regular Active Directory synchronization server task? You need to setup scheduled tasks to maintain the directory sync the synchronise now button is just a once off sync.
Is there an option to make it happen automatically? As far as i know it does it only when i press the Edit and Synchronize now , i havent seen any automated task in the Server task log
Go to server tasks, create a new task, type would be active directory sync. You can then schedule it as desired.
