The Server is not responding please verify the following

Hi Guys,
The Administrator just migrated to Macefee 8.5i + epo 3.5 server. But prior to his departure. He give me a password to logon to the Server but when i log on "The Server is not responding please verify the following"
1. Login information is correct
2.The Network is running correctly
3.The ePolicy Orchestratate server is running.

Can anyone help me solve the problem.

try to log in again then post the last bits of the console.log from the epo install directory, this will show what the issue was in more detail

Hi Guys,

He give me a password to logon to the Server but when i log on via remote desktop connection and try to logon as the Admin on the ePolicy Orcherstrator i get an error message like this "The Server is not responding please verify the following"
1. Login information is correct.
2.The Network is running correctly.
3.The ePolicy Orchestratate server is running.

Can anyone help me in solving this problem?

Is there no console.log file in the EPo installation folder on the server?

btw..

check you are using the right port on the login info
check you have added the server and both the http and https port entries into the browser trusted sites
check SQL connection data is OK with connection with cfgnaims.exe from EPO folder

tbh its been so many years since I ran 3.5 i dont remember whether this applies to 3.5 as well as 3.6 but in 3.6.x the console.log file is located in the epo server directories, try searching them for *.log.

Have you checked the other items?

try to log in again to the console then post the last 30 -40 line of the log file
