Unable to check in a package for MAC Agent in ePO

Good day All! 

I was trying to check in an package under Master repository for McAfee agent 10.7.1 and got a message saying "Job paused, waiting for replication task to complete" even after trying it multiple times. 

Upon checking the tasks, i see a master repository scheduled replication task failed since 2 days with the below log messages: 

1/13/21 2:00:18 AM	Started: Performing incremental replication to 2 repositories
1/13/21 2:00:18 AM	Command cancelled, another replication command is already waiting for other tasks to complete
1/13/21 2:00:18 AM	Schedule Replication (Cannot execute command. The Master Repository is busy.)

Also there was a upgrade of ePO from 5.9 to 5.10 and since then the logs for Replication task failed is recorded. Could someone help with this?

Try stopping all epo services.  During that process, do not kill the tomcat process and don't reboot to stop the services.  Let tomcat stop on its own, no matter how long it takes.  Once you then restart, test again to check in the package.  If that succeeds, then try replication.  If you kill the tomcat process, then any in progress will just re-queue, so you have to let it cleanly shut down everything.  Let me know if that works or not.
