Unable to check in package...

Strange problem.

Came into work this morning to see that 8.7i is no longer in my repository...

No problem, ill just check it in again... or so i thought.

After clicking save for the package to be checked into the repository, it just goes back to repository screen and it is still missing... i get no error of any kind.

Anyone had this before?
