A while back we created a Deployment called "Deploy ATP for Windows". After the deployment happened, we deleted the deployment. Shortly after that, we noticed a tag remaining on a few systems and it's now called "Deploy ATP for Windows_fs264ab7-3d66-4a3a-9bc1-db9". If I go to Tag Catalog > Deployment Tags, I see it there. I select the tag but all buttons are greyed out for it. I cannot delete it, edit it or anything.
It does not appear to be hurting anything, but is an annoyance at a minimum. How can we remove this corrupt tag from the ePO so it doesn't show on any systems? I tried something posted in another forum via the database, but it didn't work, so now am reaching out to forums myself.
Thank you.

I believe that you need to remove the tag from any systems that have it assigned. Does it let you remove the tag from all systems that have it?

Completely unable to remove the tag. When we select a system tagged with it, go to Actions and Clear Tag, that tag does not show up in the tag list. It only shows in the Tag Catalog and we're unable to do anything with it there.
Please open a ticket then so we can assist further.

I'm sorry, are the forums only for dealing with tickets? You've been a great help in the past, but now you need a ticket? I'm fairly sure I'm not the only one that has seen this issue. We're using ePO 5.10 Update 13. Surely someone in the forums has a solution we can try.
The reason I ask for a ticket is so we can give you scripts to run, look at logs, etc. Some of that data may contain sensitive info that should not be posted here. We try to help here as much as possible, but when it comes to needing specific data, that is when we have to request you open a ticket.

There also isn't a generic script that is a one size fits all fix. The issue would be unique to the task you created, system tree locations, systems assigned, etc.

Understood.
Unfortunately, there's no way for me to get you any data as these ePO's are on an air-gapped network and Classified. I'm not allowed to take any data from that to Unclass. That's why I reach out to these forums without putting in tickets because there's just no way for me to get you what you need, so I can only give specific error information. 😞
That is still ok, we can give you info to help resolve it yourself with questions, scripts, etc. We don't need to see the data, but we can help you find it to review yourself to help resolve the issue.

Thank you very much. I am just not a huge database professional. If I could find that tag in the database and delete it, I think I'd be happy with that. 🙂 I've just not been able to find it for some reason.
