Unable to inst all ePo

Hello, i just posted in an old thread (Trellix Support Community - Re: Cannot install ePO 5.10 - Support Community) but I'm not sure if it is read. So I open up a new one.

I need some help with installing epo on a new server. I got the "Corrupted File" error because of not having the most recent base install - I guess.

If i download the trail i get the LR4-Version. Logged in with my Grant-number I do not get any base files at all but only epoUpdate15.

I read somewhere that you need LR6. There is also mention to get the most recent PIA tool (although this should be integrated into the most recent epo base install if i read correctly). But the tool is also not linked / available.

Any help would be appreciated. TY, Chris  

Oh, BTW: funny thing is that I can install old Version 5.9...

Thank you for your post. ePO 5.10 base version isn't available on the Product Download site.

Please open a Service Request with technical support for suggestions.

Its not advised to use Update 15 with ePO 5.9 as it may have unexpected results.
