Unable to reinstall MA v5.0.6 on "one" Windows 10 1803 system

i'm getting crazy this morning (already spent about 2 hours) on a client system 

yesterday it was upgraded to win 1803 from a previous version by a colleague of mine .

without contacting me (he decided to remove somehow ENS) then this morning he called me because MA and ENS where not installing.

i immediately decided to use mferemoval tool to clean and then reinstall

i tryed many times but at end the error logged every attempt to setup MA 5.0.6 from ePO is the same

we would prefer the entire msi log, but I have a question first.  When you ran the removal tool, did you reboot?  If not, run it again to make sure there are no remnants, then reboot and try again.
