Uninstalling and reinstalling ePO 3.6.1

Hi,
We had a ePO server instance ver 3.6.1. It was malfunctioning. So we uninstalled epo and all the products related to mcafee along with the SQL engine. We didn’t follow the proper sequence to uninstall and that's the reason we had to struggle while removing mcafee and epo from that server.

When we try to re install epo 3.6.1 it says..
"A version of mcafee epolicy Orchestrator is already installed". And it stops. Doesn't allow me to proceed further.

How can I remove or delete the old entries that are still showing in the registry.
How can I install a fresh copy of the epo?
