I am planning to upgrade epo patch 10 to find the following error can anyone help

Same story.

Yesterday crash my test epo 5.10 cu 9 when upgrade to cu10.

Total disaster, and no way to recover from snapshot.

I am having a strange problem where the server has no problem with the internet connection because I open it through a browser and I can access the page https://epo.mcafee.com/ProductCompatibilityList.xml
I waited for 2 hours and the database connecting continuously could not continue at the next stage

The PCL point search for the sub title -
"How the Product Compatibility List works in ePO 5.10 Update10 and later"

The section discusses how to update the PCL manually (airgap or not makes no difference in this operation 😉).

Regarding the message:
'Incorrect function. CustomAction: MerMod_RunOrionANTInstaller'.

You may want to search the knowledge base for that messages, there are a few articles that can be used to overcome that/address that message.

I've tried all
from starting to turn off Product Compatibility and doing manual imports, turning off all internet connections and there is an internet result I still get the same error log
