Hi,
since we've upgraded to ePO 5.10, some things go wrong.
We've upgraded from 5.3.x without any issues (installation process).
Database size is about 700MB.
ePO hangs often/most of the time, when clicking "Server Tasks".
"Server Task Log" does open, but takes forever, showing the "blue circle"
Server OS is 2012 R2.
Tested with IE, Chrome, Firefox, so it's no browser issue.
Agent wakeup call also not reacting, when clicking "OK" in ePO agent wakeup dialogue.
The ePO issue / behaviour is diffuse, but I'm looking forward to find a solution, as ePO
worked as intended before the upgrade.
Best regards
Daniel

Dear Daniel,
This is a known issue which is described in the article KB90920. This issue will be resolved in ePolicy Orchestrator 5.10.0 Update 1 was released to support to resolve this issue. This release has now been superseded by a later cumulative ePO 5.10 update release. Please download the update and the issue is resolved eventually.
I hope this helps.

Hi Venu,
thanks for you reply. Before I read this, I started another try to solve the problem by myself.
I installed the stand-alone update 3 on top and it worked!
So now there's the question: Does the full installer (refresh 3) *not* contain update 3?
Was that the possible issue?
... and thanks again for the clarification so far!
Best regards
Daniel
The full installer update releases are only updating the pre-installation auditor tool to the latest, they do not contain any of the update releases for epo.

OK.
So the full install does *not* contain the Update. What's irritating yet:
The build number was the same: 2428 ... after full install and after update 3.
That is correct, as of 5.10, they moved to the update utility model where the epo build will stay the same, but the server settings, server information will show the updates installed.
