ePO 5.10 update/patch 10 availability

When is it suspected that Update 10 will be available for ePO 5.10 environment? Will the download be available before the arrival of the end of this year

Thanks for the post.

This is expected to release in Q1 2021 (Tentative) or end of Q4.

Latest version is CU-9 which addresses quite few issues.

You are facing any particular issue and looking for CU-10

I received last friday one of the latest SNS communications via email:

McAfee SNS Notice: McAfee SNS Notice: ePolicy Orchestrator 5.10 Update 10 and Tomcat 9 Information

I quote:

"Which ePO versions will update to Tomcat 9?

When will ePO 5.10.0 update 10 be available to customers?

In that KB91399, there doesn't seem mention of any dates at all, so I cant really figure out if im just not finding it or if there is yet no date for Update10 release. I definitely confirmed it hasn't been released based on the DOWNLOAD portal at McAfee, latest published version is Update 9.

Can you please confirm this for me, I'm a little confused.

We have not received the date yet.

Once the date will announce that KB will get updated.

Thanks much, that makes sense. I recommend maybe the KB article should say something like "pending release date" or something since receiving that SNS made me think it was already out.

Are you facing any issue which would be resolve in CU10? We would be happy to investigate.

There are no issues taking place; update 8 is running at this point.

One suggestion that I would recommend in the future is to have the User Management-->Users page more user-friendly. For instance, the ability to quickly notice the total number of your users who have the Administrator permission is not there. There might be a need to implement the ability to select the Choose Columns option; as it is similar on the System Tree page. I don't believe CU9 addresses this, but t might be a great feature to implement for GUI-friendly purposes in the future.
