Is there a way to modify / customize the ePO Login Page to reflect a specific ePO Server in a multiple ePO Server environment?

No, the url to open the console is specific to each particular server.  There is no universal login where you can pick which epo server you want to log into, if that is what you are looking for.

Thank you for replying,..not entirely what I was looking for.  Since we have multiple ePO servers, is there a way to identify which server by maybe editing the html page to include the server name?

In server settings, there is a section where you can add a custom logon message that can include the server name.  Maybe that is what you are looking for.
