ePO Permission sets for DLP Policy Assignment

How to set the permission sets for user action "Apply Selected Policies" to their group ?

Or this permission is for Administrator only ?

I know ready , The policy that can't assign policy because of that policy not my owner.

I just create new DLP Policy from system tree then apply to DLP Policy Manager that all.

Log the event for auditing purposes,Display a warning to the end user who is sending the email or sharing the file,Actively block the email or file sharing from taking place.
