ePO Software Manager doesn't show any licensed extensions

Our ePO is licensed and although extensions are comming up as licensed in the master repository, in the software manager, they are all under evaluation. Is there a way to ensure that everything is indeed licensed properly? Thanks.

is it possible that it's showing up as evaluation under the "Branch" section?

In epo check you license

1. Manue >Server Settings> License key

Also go to mcafee download side put in your grant number and see your granted products, you can also manaually download and checkinto epo.

Some products are in the evaluation branch, but others are in the current branch. All say licensed under distribution type. I checked the key in server settings and it is there, but it does not offer any more info about the status.

I rechecked my grant number and the ePO license key has changed. Other than updating the key in the server configuration page, is there anything else that needs to be done?

Have you clicked the 'Refresh' button at the bottom of the left hand Product Catagories panel? You may need to resize your browser to see it. I was having this problem after renewing our contract and receiving a new key and then realized I hadn't clicked refresh. Once I did that all the appropriate products showed up as licensed and a few of them appeared to have updates available.
