ePO installer missing

Hello,

Yesterday I had to repair an Agent Handler after an attempt to upgrade it to Update 15 and I noticed that the ePO installer is not available for this customer (checked both software catalog and the Trellix Download page). I assumed that it could be an issue with their license, however today I checked with several other customers and none of them have the installer available for download? 

When I log in to the download page I see only the updater for Update 15, but not the actual installer (please see attached). Are you aware if it was moved somewhere else? Thank you.

IMPORTANT: Trellix recommends all customers download any legacy software required for their environment before December 30, 2022. As part of the Trellix rebranding journey, we would like to advise all customers that after December 30, 2022, products that don’t carry the Trellix name or brand generally will no longer be available for download through the Product Download Site, service portal, ePO software catalog and ePO-SaaS repositories. If you have specific needs after December 30 that aren’t available, please contact Technical Support for additional information and assistance.

Yes, I am aware of that. However Update 15 rebranded ePO to Trellix. Isn't there a refreshed installer to go alongside it?

If a new customer purchase your products now, am I right to assume that they will not be able to install ePO unless they raise a ticket with technical support and wait for days for someone to give them the installer? Was this transition planned like that?

So does this mean TIE, DXL etc. are no longer available at all, despite being paid for? 

Oddly, all the McAfee Endpoint Security for Mac products are still available,  as well as

McAfee GetClean
McAfee Installation Designer
McAfee Quarantine Manager
McAfee Security for Lotus Domino (Windows)
McAfee SiteAdvisor Enterprise

McAfee VirusScan Command Line Scanner
McAfee VirusScan Enterprise 8.8
McAfee Web Filtering for Endpoint Module

Further to this, KB95499 says:

Threat Intelligence Exchange renamed to Trellix Threat Intelligence Exchange, version 4.0.0 and released on  September 30, 2022 so why isn't it on the download site?

Sorry for posting on the ePO forum, but it's all related to the download site and software catalog not showing products that should be available

Knowledge Center - REGISTERED - Trellix Solutions Rebranding shows the full installer for ePO 5.10 Update 15 (or 5.10 SP1)  as available some time in Q1 2023.

I have noticed you can't get previous versions either though. 

There seems to be a problem with the update site and software catalog at the moment, I can't see any TIE or DXL products at all.

As the rebranded products are available, they will be posted.  In the meantime, please contact support if you can't find what you need.

This doesn't appear to have happened for all products though (see TIE for example)...and I contacted support 4 hours ago, hopefully they'll reply at some point
