Hello, everyone.
I'm currently running the McAfee ePO in a local network (not connected to the internet in any way) and the ePO version is 5.10.0 update 4. I tried to update update 9, which failed. The wizard claimed that all changes had been reverted after the update failed and no I'm unable to access the ePO. I get an HTTP 500 Internal Server Error whenever I try to access the webpage.
I work for the government so I get all my McAfee software from a Department of Defense repository (DAT files, updates, etc.).
Does anyone know what's going on or what I can do to solve these issues:
1. Access the ePO again
2. Update the ePO from update 4 to 9
Thank you all for your help. I'd really rather not have to rebuild the entire ePO.

Thanks for your post.
I hope that before applying the CU 9 you took the backup.
Try to rollback the CU and see whether you are able to access the console or not.
To check what exactly is happening we need the logs to check.

How do I rollback the CU? When update 9 failed it said that all changes were reverted so I assumed it automatically rolled back. If that isn't the case, however, how would I roll it back?
Edit: I ran the updater and there was no option to revert back to anything so I assume I'm still on update 4 except I cannot connect to the ePO console.
Edit2: I can now access the ePO console. I'm not sure what I did, but it worked. However, update 9 still will not apply. Any ideas on why it's failing?

Thanks for your response.
Is this possible to provide Orion.log and also please make sure that Orion.log in not in the Debug mode.
If the Orion is in Debug mode please change it to Warn.

I would like to see the epoupdater log to see what failed. If we can determine failure, you might be able to re-run the update.

Can you see the log I linked?
Edit: If you can't see the log I linked, how do you want me to get it to you? I believe there's too much text to paste here.
Hello @Former Member
Thanks for your response.
You can attach the log here in the post or you can send us over the Personal Message.
Also please remove IP/Host Name and etc from the log when you are providing the logs here in Public Forum.

I sent you a private message with my email address. Zip up the file and it should come through. You can also try zipping it up here to upload it. You should see a little paper clip under the message window to add a file to post.

Update failed due to lack of space for database. Customer moved db to full sql and issue is resolved.
